Easy Returns

While we take pride in the quality of every product we offer, we understand that preferences may change or that the item received might not meet expectations. To accommodate this, we provide a 30 Day Return Policy.

If you wish to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, please reach out to us at info@movebettermobility.ca, including your order number. We will then provide comprehensive instructions on the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification confirming the completion of your return payment. It's important to ensure that returned items are in "Like New" condition, including all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" signifies that the items should exhibit no visual signs of wear. Items returned with visible signs of wear or usage issues will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

For damaged products, immediate acknowledgment is crucial upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, please make note of it during the delivery signing process and promptly send photos to info@movebettermobility.ca on the day of delivery. Move Better Mobility covers shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

Cancellations are accepted before shipment, warranting a full refund. However, cancellations post-shipment will adhere to our 30 Day Return Policy and incur return shipping costs.

Additional Notes:

-Vendor or product-specific return policy variations are indicated in product descriptions or specific return information.

-Certified pre-owned or used products are ineligible for return.

-Move Better Mobility exclusively sells to purchasers intending to use items for their economic life. Items acquired for "one-time" or "temporary use" purposes, such as trade shows or conferences, are non-returnable.
