Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We promptly check for stock availability, and if your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out to discuss alternate arrangements.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and start preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock, processed charges will lead to shipment within three business days from your order date. You'll receive shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address provided during checkout. International Orders:
While we are delighted to ship our fantastic products internationally, please be aware that our products are tailored for the Canadian market and require a 120v standard electrical system. Although not certified for other countries' electrical safety standards, all our products adhere to Canadian standards. For international shipping inquiries, we will provide a shipping quote upon request.
Damages:
When your items arrive, inspect the packaging for any damage. If damage is noticed, make note of it when signing for delivery or decline acceptance. If you accept delivery, immediately take photos of the damaged packaging or products and send them to info@movebettermobility.ca. Visit our Returns page to lodge your return claim online.
